This LEADERSHIP TRAINING REACHING THE MULTITUDES, it is focused in the restoration and healing of ministries and workers, so that they can begin the new task in relation with the Great Commission. Jesus said: " The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few;
Pray the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest."
Matthew 9: 37,38.
Jesus was talking about the need of raising up labourers because the fields are already ready for the harvest.
